• And the Temporal Cold War is brought into the 24^th century when Future Guy attempts to alter history for his own gain. (Episodes 5 and 6 and episodes 10, 11 and 12)

Season 2

In 2388:

• The rogue Romulan faction the Empty Crown stages a coup in the Romulan Star Empire sparking a cold war with the Federation. (Episode 13)
• The Borg once again try new tactics with old weapons. (Episode 15)
• And the mirror universe conflict esculates to all out war. (Episode 16)

In 2389:

• The Romulans initiate an attack on the Federation. (Episode 19)
• And a massive Vorsoth army is unleashed upon the galaxy. (Episodes 20 and 21)

Season 3

In  2390:

• The Federation-Romulan war comes to an unexpected climax. (Episode 26)
• In the mirror universe the Terran Empire finally rebuilds itself. (Episode 28)
• The Pioneer comes into contact with the Sentrath once again. (Episode 30)
• And Ria McCarthy finally takes her place in the universe. (Episodes 35 and 36)

Season 4

In 2393:

• Three years later the ship is now commanded by Captain Jessica Newson. (Episodes 37 onwards)
• An old enemy reveals itself. (Episode 40)
• Future Guy returns to infiltrate the past once again. (Episode 41)
• Daniels makes a return trip to the alternate 2401. (Episode 43)
• In the mirror universe the Terran Empire is threatened by a giant space amoeba and a Doomsday Machine. (Episode 44)
• And an old friend returns under dreadful circumstances. (Episode 48)
